- Account information used for authentication, including Firebase Authentication identifiers.
- Listener engagement data such as Feeling This and Signal Boost interactions.
- App usage and interaction data, such as navigation, playback requests, artist-page opens, sharing, and other feature interactions, collected through Firebase Analytics.
- Crash and diagnostic information, such as crash stack traces, relevant app state, device metadata, and installation identifiers, collected through Firebase Crashlytics to help us improve app stability.
- Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and server logs.
How We Use Information
- Operate JAM Audio Live.
- Review artist submissions.
- Provide streaming, charts, artist pages, and listener features.
- Improve security, reliability, and performance.
- Understand how listeners use app features so we can improve the JAM Audio Live experience.
- Diagnose crashes, errors, and reliability problems.
- Communicate with artists and users when necessary.
Analytics and Diagnostics
JAM Audio Live uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how app features are used and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and technical errors. JAM Audio Live does not add email addresses or Firebase account user IDs to its custom Analytics events. Firebase may process technical and installation information as part of providing these services.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers that help operate JAM Audio Live or when required by law.

You may request updates or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements, by contacting [email protected].
Children's Privacy
JAM Audio Live is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
